We Believe;

   5. that we will not participate in unreasonable euthanasia's*
   6. in diagnosing before treating

 These core values guide our daily decisions regarding community interests, customer care and pet care. We, as a team; have agreed to abide by these principles. These values go to the heart of who we are as a team.

*For example, we will not euthanize for behavior problems unless that pet has completed and failed a behavioral modification program directed by a veterinarian. Even then, we may chose to help that pet find a new home which may be a better fit for that pet rather than to euthanize it.
