- Debbie, Office ManagerWith WAH Since: 2000
I'm Debbie and I have loved animals since I was a girl. Working at WAH is a dream come true. One of my favorite things is that I continue to learn more about how we can help people take better care of their pets. At the front desk, I see every puppy and kitty that visits and I have to say, I love them all. I live in Mound with my childhood sweetheart and husband, TQ. After a separation of thirty seven years, we have been together again since 2006. We both have grown children who are doing well and devote a lot of love to our Miniature Dachshund, Dexter the Love Dog.

I'm Kelsey! I grew up in Mound, Minnesota and graduated from The Art Institutes International Minnesota in 2007 with an Associates degree in Graphic Design. I have never worked in the veterinary field before, but I have always had a huge soft spot for all animals. Working at WAH has been a wonderful new experience and I am also on their Marketing Team.
I'm newly married to my best friend of seven years, Jake.
On my days off, I'm usually found either doing yoga, doodling or pestering my fiance. I've usually only had fish as pets but if I had it my way, my house would be FILLED with furry friends.
- Trina, Customer ServiceWith WAH Since: 2015
I joined the Westonka Team in the Spring of 2015, I have worked at three other animal hospitals in the past and love to see the love our clients have for their fur-babies. I have worked in customer service for 10 plus years and I love to make each person who walks through our doors happy and feel welcomed.
My husband and I live in Minnetonka with our 3 cats, Guss, Pita and Cloud. They keep us busy, but what keeps us even busier is our little girl Olivia. She loves to pet our cats every chance she gets before they run away from her like a cat with their tails between their legs.
I am one of the first faces you will see when you come to Westonka Animal Hospital, I can't wait to meet you.

- Laura, Customer Service RepWith WAH Since: 2016
St. Olaf CollegeHi! My name is Laura and I am a Customer Service Rep here at Westonka Animal Hospital. My husband and I live in Independence with our three children ages 17, 15 & 11. My spouse and children love to bring me abandoned, injured and homeless animals to care for.
Trust me, this is not by my request but I have become a champ at bottle feeding critters at 2am. In house we currently have 2 cats and three dogs (two of which are foster failures I don't have the heart to put through adoption rejection again) but in the past we have had the joy of 2 chinchillas, a chicken who thought she was a dog, 6 orphaned baby bunnies, two rounds of orphaned baby raccoons, innumerable fish and a rescued bald eagle until the Raptor Center could come claim him.
After years in the corporate world I turned in my briefcase for medical scrubs to try something new and exciting. I have always had a life long love affair with animals and finally have the opportunity to learn, care for and help them. I love our furry patients...even the ones not too enthusiastic to see us and enjoy knowing we are giving our clients the best possible care.
- Gayle, Customer Service RepresentativeWith WAH Since: 2016
Hello, my name is Gayle. I have always had a love for animals of all kinds! Throughout the last 40 years I have done a variety of professions, mostly customer service or taking care of people. I am so excited to be working here! I shadowed a veterinarian in high school because that is what I wanted to do with my life but due to circumstances my life took a different path. I have 5 daughters and 7 grandsons! My family is everything to me! I have a blind and deaf long haired Chihuahua named Baby Ghost and two cats Ginseng and Shelby. I am a joyful person who always looks for the positive in life! I believe life is a journey and we should make the most of the journey! I have lived in Buffalo since 1988 and oddly enough my first "real" job in life was here in Mound as a hairdresser! I look forward to helping you take excellent care of your animals!
